Ceist:

189 Mr. Stanton asked the Minister for the Marine and Natural Resources if he has considered a location for the Irish Maritime Development Office; if not, if he will examine the possibility of setting up the office in Cobh, County Cork, as recommended by a report in 1994 (details supplied); and if he will make a statement on the matter. Minister for the Marine and Natural Resources (Dr. Woods):

A definitive decision has not been taken on the location of the new Irish Maritime Development Office. This is a matter which I will determine in conjunction with the Marine Institute and the new advisory board to the IMDO which I am currently in the process of establishing.
