The attention of the consulting engineers examining the flooding problems at Hazelhatch has been drawn to the flooding there on 21 September 1999. The details of the flooding are vital and will be taken into account in the assessment of possible economical and environmental solutions to the overall flooding problems in the area, which should be completed by the end of the year.
