727 Mr. Timmins asked the Minister for Arts, Heritage, Gaeltacht and the Islands if her Department disposed of any assets or property with a value of or greater than £200,000 between 1987 and 1992 inclusive without going to public tender; if so, if she will give details and circumstances of these sales; and the reason for the decision not to go to public tender. My Department was established in January 1993 when the then Roinn na Gaeltachta was given expanded responsibilities relating to arts, culture, broadcasting, film and heritage policy. Roinn na Gaeltachta did not dispose of any assets or property with a value of or greater than £200,000 between 1987 and 1992, inclusive, without going to public tender.
