Written Answers. - Registration of Title.
I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that dealing number 98SM005344 refers to a transfer order which was completed on 14 January 1999. However, dealing number Dl 999SM004139J which involves the parties nominated by the Deputy, refers to a transfer of sale which was lodged on 14 June 1999. I am informed by the Land Registry that queries issued in this matter on 5 July 1999 to the applicant's solicitors and that the matter cannot proceed until the queries raised are satisfactorily discharged.

I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that this application refers to a deed of exchange which was lodged on 25 February 1999 and that it is expected to be completed within the next month.
