I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that this is an application for a transfer of sale which was lodged on 13 January 1999. Queries issued to the lodging solicitors on 24 September 1999 and replies are awaited. This matter cannot proceed further until the queries raised are satisfactorily discharged.
