786 Mr. Perry asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if, further to Parliamentary Question No. 345 of 24 November 1998, his attention has been drawn to the fact that the land registry matter has not yet been resolved; if all outstanding difficulties will be resolved and the requested documentation released; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [18373/99]
I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that this application refers to a rectification of folio which was lodged on 14 June 1999. This application is being examined at present and a query will issue shortly to the applicants solicitors. This query must be satisfactorily discharged before the matter can proceed. Accordingly, it is not possible at this time to estimate a completion date.
However, I can assure the Deputy that the land registry will do everything possible to expedite the matter without undue delay.
