84 Mr. McGuinness asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food the reason full premiums are not being paid to a person (details supplied) in County Kilkenny; and if his case will be examined and the balance of payments issued to him. [18451/99]
The person named applied for grants on five cows under both the 1998 cattle headage and suckler cow premium schemes. All outstanding grants under these schemes have already been paid.
The applicant was paid his full entitlement of £420 under the cattle headage scheme on 10 November 1998. He was paid an advance of £560.92 on 10 November 1998 and a balance of £140.23 on 3 February 1999 under the 1998 suckler cow scheme. In addition he was paid £215.65 on 8 June 1999 under the 1.998 extensification scheme.
