168 Mr. Creed asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food if a person (details supplied) in County Cork has applied to the tribunal for an additional milk quota; when the tribunal will meet again; and if this application will be considered at this meeting. [18859/99]

Minister for Agriculture and Food (Mr. Walsh):

I understand the person in question has submitted an application for additional quota to the milk quota appeals tribunal and his case was considered at a meeting of the tribunal on Friday 1 October 1999.

The person named will be notified of the outcome of his application.
