175 Mr. Higgins (Dublin West) asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food the schedule for each of the years from 1993 to 1999 of the rent arrears outstanding on the individual folios of lands in County Wicklow, the ownership of which is vested in the Land Commission but which are subject to purchase agreements with third parties.
