UNESCO National Commission Bill, 1999: First Stage.

Mr. M. Higgins:

I move:

That leave be granted to introduce a Bill entitled an Act to establish a body to be known as Coimisiún Náisiúnta UNESCO or, in the English language, the UNESCO National Commission, to make provision for its functions and to provide for related matters.
