275 Mr. Gormley asked the Minister for the Environment and Local Government if he will report on the meeting of the subsidiary bodies of the United Nations framework convention on climate change which took place in Bonn between the 31 May and 12 June 1999. [18833/99]
The tenth meeting of the subsidiary bodies of the United Nations framework convention on climate change – UNFCCC – took place in Bonn between 31 May and the 12 June 1999 in preparation for the fifth conference of the parties to the UNFCCC which will take place in Bonn from 25 October to 5 November 1999.
I have placed the reports of the two subsidiary bodies, the subsidiary body for implementation – SBI – and the subsidiary body for scientific and technological advice – SBSTA – in the Oireachtas Library.
