Written Answers - Registration of Title.
I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that this application refers to a voluntary deed of transfer which was lodged on 23 June, 1999.
I am further informed that a query issued to the lodging solicitor on 30 September 1999. The query raised must be satisfactorily discharged before the matter can proceed. Accordingly, it is not possible at this time to estimate a completion date.
However, I can assure the Deputy that, on receipt of a satisfactory reply to the query, the Land Registry will do everything possible to expedite the matter without undue delay.
