171 Mr. Penrose asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Rural Development the steps, if any, he will take to expedite the application by a person (details supplied) in County Westmeath for participation in the installation scheme for young farmers; if he has answered numerous queries; and if he will make a statement on the matter. The documentation submitted by this applicant under the national scheme of installation aid was found to be incomplete. The application was returned to him on 27 August 1999 and he was advised of the necessary requirements. No further correspondence has been received from this applicant to date.
