Michael Ring

Ceist:

401 Mr. Ring asked the Minister for Education and Science the reason the collection point for children attending St Aidan's national school, Kiltimagh, County Mayo, has changed in view of the fact that it has been the same for the past 30 years. [25307/99]

Michael Ring

Ceist:

402 Mr. Ring asked the Minister for Education and Science if parents of children (details supplied) attending St Aidan's national school, Kiltimagh, County Mayo, were notified of the change in the school transport collection point; if so, the date in this regard; the way in which they were notified; and the plans, if any, he has to revert the collection point to its original location. [25308/99]

I propose to take Questions Nos. 401 and 402 together.

My Department has requested a comprehensive report on the matter from Bus Éireann. The Deputy will be informed of the outcome as soon as possible.
