Ceist:

76 Ms O'Sullivan asked the Tánaiste and Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment the way in which individuals who send a submission to the Task Force on Prevention of Bullying in the Workplace can be facilitated in safeguarding their identity in this regard; and if she will make a statement on the matter. I propose to take Question Nos. 75 and 76 together.

The task force on the prevention of workplace bullying is operating under the auspices of the Health and Safety authority. All matters relating to the task force, including the making of submissions, should be directed to the task force secretariat at the Health and Safety Authority, 10 Hogan Place, Dublin 2, tel: 01 – 614 7000 and/or fax: 01 – 614 7021.
