97 Mr. G. Mitchell asked the Minister for the Environment and Local Government the determination, if any, he has made regarding an application for a compulsory purchase order on a premises (details supplied) in Dublin 12; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [26522/99]

Dublin Corporation submitted an application on 31 August 1999 requesting my consent to the compulsory acquisition of 617 Clonard Road, Dublin 12, under the Derelict Sites Act, 1990. I will give my decision on the matter as soon as possible.
