Ceist:

109 Mr. McGrath asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if an agreement has been reached with his Department whereby an association (details supplied) will have accommodation and secretarial assistance provided; if so, the progress, if any, made by his Department in implementing this agreement; and the deadline by which the promised services will be provided. The matter which the Deputy has raised is the subject of a claim before the Garda conciliation council which was established under the Garda Síochána conciliation and arbitration scheme. As the proceedings of the council are confidential it would not be appropriate for me to comment further on the matter.
