I refer the Deputy to my previous answer to Parliamentary Question No. 368 on 9 November, 1999.
I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that further queries issued to the lodging solicitor on 11 November 1999. As previously advised, the application cannot proceed until these queries have been satisfactorily resolved. However, I can assure the Deputy that on receipt of a satisfactory response from the lodging solicitor involved, the matter will be completed by the Land Registry without undue delay.
