113 Mr. Kenny asked the Minister for the Environment and Local Government if a report of a marine survey carried out regarding Killala sewerage scheme has been received by the Department; if so, the recommendations of this survey; and if he will make a full statement on its findings. [2119/00]

The marine study together with the consulting engineers' report recommending the provision of secondary treatment and use of an outfall at the location previously identified in the preliminary report, were received in my Department in December, 1999, and are under consideration.
