183 Proinsias De Rossa asked the Minister for Education and Science the reason a person (details supplied) in Dublin 9 will not know the result of her application for a third level education grant to Castlebar college for another month or six weeks in view of the fact her application was submitted in September 1999 and final inquiries were dealt with in December 1999; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
