95 Dr. Upton asked the Minister for Health and Children if he will review the cancellation of an urgent orthodontic appointment scheduled for 3 February 2000 for a person (details supplied) in County Dublin; and if this person will receive the treatment she requires as soon as possible. [2092/00]
As the provision of orthodontic treatment to eligible persons in County Dublin is the statutory responsibility of the Eastern Health Board, I have asked the chief executive officer of the Eastern Health Board to investigate the position in relation to this case and to reply to the Deputy directly as a matter of urgency.
