301 Mr. Ring asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if the Garda Síochána intends to erect a new aerial at Partry Garda barracks, Partry, County Mayo; if a company (details supplied) is extending the aerial; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [4017/00]

Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform (Mr. O'Donoghue):

The Garda authorities intend to replace an existing 15 metre stringed pole at Partry Garda station, with a new mast for their own use. A commercial mast erecting firm will be engaged to undertake the work.
