I refer the Deputy to my reply to Parliamentary Question No. 363 of 14 December 1999 in relation to this matter.
I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that the Land Registry issued notices to interested parties on 18 January 2000 and, if there are no objections raised, the application will be completed without delay.
