210 Mr. Quinn asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if, further to Parliamentary Question No. 281 of 7 December 1999, a decision is available on the application from an Irish national (details supplied) to allow his mother visit him and if he will make a statement on the matter. Having reviewed the application in question and taking into account the personal undertaking given by the Deputy in his letter of 20 January last, I am prepared to grant a visit visa in this case.
