Ceist:199 Mr. Gregory asked the Minister for Defence if a property (details supplied) in Dublin 7, previously owned by his Department, was registered with the Land Registry. [8979/00]

The property in question was disposed of by my Department on 9 September 1991. The property was not registered. It was held under an indenture of deed poll conveyance dated 8 October 1896. My Department would not be aware if the current owner has had the property registered with the Land Registry.
