Ceist:397 Ms O'Sullivan asked the Minister for Education and Science the percentage of national schools which teach the stay safe programme; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [9001/00]
Written Answers. - Stay Safe Programme.
The most recent data indicate that the stay safe programme is currently being taught in approximately 75% of primary schools. Data are constantly being updated on the number of schools teaching the programme and currently a random sample of 10% of schools in each health board region is being surveyed by telephone in order to get further information on its implementation.
