161 Mr. Roche asked the Minister for Tourism, Sport and Recreation the name, the year of establishment, the basis under statute, statutory instrument or otherwise of commercial and non-commercial State-sponsored bodies under the aegis of his Department; the fees paid to the chairman and ordinary directors of these bodies; and when these fees were last agreed. The relevant bodies operating under the aegis of my Department are Bord Fáilte Éireann, CERT and the Irish Sports Council. The information sought by the Deputy is presented in the following tabular statement.

Area Development Management – ADM – Limited also operates under the aegis of my Department. It was set up in 1992 by the Irish Government and the European Commission. It is a company limited by guarantee under the Companies' Acts and no fees are paid to the chairman or ordinary directors.
