I wish to advise the House of the following matters in respect of which notice has been given under Standing Order 21 and the name of the Member in each case: (1) Deputy Fitzgerald – the numbers of apparently unprovoked attacks on young men being reported in the Dublin area; (2) Deputy Gregory – the possibility of investing all assets confiscated from drug dealers in the communities worst affected by the drugs crisis.
The matters raised by Deputies Fitzgerald and Gregory have been selected for discussion.
