163 Mr. G. Mitchell asked the Minister for Health and Children if he will investigate the case of a person (details supplied) in Dublin 10 who is facing a charge from a dentist before he can receive any further treatment; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [11443/00]
As the provision of orthodontic treatment to eligible persons in Dublin 10 is the statutory responsibility of the Eastern Regional Health Authority, I have asked the regional chief executive of that health authority to investigate the position regarding this case and to reply to the Deputy directly as a matter of urgency.
