Written Answers. - Hospital Waiting Lists.

Ceist:

196 Dr. Upton asked the Minister for Health and Children the number waiting for occupational therapy assessments and work in each of the health board areas; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [11799/00]

The information requested by the Deputy is not routinely gathered by my Department. I have requested the health boards to provide this information and will communicate with the Deputy on receipt of same.

197 Dr. Upton asked the Minister for Health and Children if his attention has been drawn to the long waiting lists at a centre (details supplied). [11800/00]

The provision of various services to eligible persons in the Crumlin area is the statutory responsibility of the Eastern Regional Health Authority.

Waiting lists for services are maintained by the health authority. I have been advised that the waiting lists for various services are as follows:
