247 Mr. Aylward asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform the progress to date on the application for transfer of folios for persons (details supplied) in County Carlow in view of the fact the application under the farm installation aid grant scheme is withheld pending completion of this dealing since January 1999. I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that these applications were lodged on 20 September 1999 and will be finalised shortly.
248 Mr. Ellis asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if he will instruct the Land Registry to issue deeds in respect of land registered under schedule 92474 for County Leitrim which were requested by the Land Commission in 1994 (details supplied). [11590/00]
I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that this refers to an application for registration under a Land Commission schedule which was lodged on 28 July 1994. Registration was completed on 23 June 1997 and the applicant named by the Deputy is the registered owner of the folio quoted by the Deputy. I am further informed that there are no applications pending on the folio.
