263 Mr. McGuinness asked the Minister for Tourism, Sport and Recreation if a qualified person is employed in the Department to develop information communication technology systems for use in the Department, on an inter-Department basis and outwards to conduct business with the general public and public representatives. My Department has its own in-house support team in place to manage and develop its computer network, in association with advice and expertise from the Department of Finance's centre for management and organisation development and externally recruited consultants, as required.
