Ceist:196 Mr. Ring asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Rural Development when 1999 cattle headage and premia for a person (details supplied) in County Mayo will issue in view of the fact that this is the third year in a row payment on this scheme has been delayed; if a problem exists; the reason the Department have not yet sent out a map to correct the problem; if payment can be made immediately with the difficulties sorted out afterwards.
