359 Mr. Ring asked the Minister for Health and Children the reason, further to Parliamentary Question No. 152 of 20 April 2000, a reply has not been provided by the Western Health Board in view of the seriousness of this case. [13103/00]

The provision of services is the statutory responsibility of the Western Health Board in the first instance. I understand from the board that a reply issued to the Deputy dated 26 April 2000.
