114 Mr. O'Shea asked the Taoiseach the capital projects financed by his Department which have commenced or will commence construction in the Waterford constituency during 2000; the amount involved in each case; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [12132/00]

115 Mr. O'Shea asked the Taoiseach the new services or extension to existing services which have commenced or will commence in the Waterford constituency funded by him during 2000; the amount of money involved in each case; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [12133/00]

I propose to take Questions Nos. 114 and 115 together.

A capital allocation of up to £850,000 has been awarded to Waterford Corporation by the National Millennium Committee for the development of the Clyde Wharf Corporation located on the south quays of the city. This allocation will be matched by funding to be met locally from the public and private sector.
