137 Mr. Creed asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Rural Development if he will make arrangements to provide additional disease flexi-milk to a person (details supplied) in County Cork in accordance with the amount requested by his co-op. [16748/00]
An application from the person named for a temporary allocation of additional quota under the restricted herds reserve was considered by the milk quota appeals tribunal at its meeting on 3 February 2000 and a temporary allocation was made. The demands for additional quota far exceeded the quantity available and all of the quota available to the reserve for the 1999-2000 year has been allocated.
