Ceist:141 Mr. Creed asked the Minister for Finance if his attention has been drawn to the fact that the ACC bank is withdrawing from finance packages for agricultural machinery valued at less that £7,500; if his attention has further been drawn to the extraordinary difficulties which this will cause for the farming community and the trade; and if he will intervene and request the bank to re-enter this market.
