110 Mr. Sargent asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Rural Development if he will present the account for each year, from 1991 to 2000 inclusive, in respect of the amount of money received in annuities and waived by or outstanding to the Land Commission on foot of the land purchase agreement, in respect of approximately 17 hectares, with a person (details supplied) in County Wicklow. The original cost of the land in 1980 was £49,733 and it was successively reduced to £37,300 in 1981, £31,705 in 1982 and £25,998 in 1992. Each of the three reductions was backdated to 1980. The present annuity is £2,014.86 and the account is paid to date except for the half-yearly instalment of £1,007.43 that fell due on 1 May 2000.
