534 Mr. Killeen asked the Minister for Health and Children the current waiting list for bone graft surgery; the number of such procedures that have been carried out in Croom orthopaedic hospital in 2000 to date; and the number currently awaiting surgery in the hospital. [19404/00]
No national statistics are maintained specifically relating to bone graft waiting lists. The provision of medical services at Croom orthopaedic hospital is the statutory responsibility of the Mid-Western Health Board in the first instance. My Department has asked the chief executive officer of the board to investigate this matter and to reply to the Deputy directly.
