687 Mr. Deenihan asked the Minister for the Environment and Local Government the current position regarding the commencement of stage IV of the Listowel regional water supply schemes; when the local council will receive sanction to proceed to tender; and if he will make a statement on the matter. The scheme has been included in the water and sewerage investment programme 2000-02 to be advanced through planning. Revised contract documents are awaited from Kerry County Council.
