Ceist:

1072 Mr. Aylward asked the Minister for Education and Science if he has received proposals from Bus Éireann to have a special school bus service provided for persons (details supplied) in County Kilkenny; and, if so, if he will arrange early approval. [20388/00]

Minister for Education and Science (Dr. Woods):

I wish to advise the Deputy that an application for transport has been received, and is currently being examined by my Department.

A report has been requested from Bus Éireann on the matter, and the Deputy will be advised of the outcome in due course.
