Ceist:

237 Mr. Ring asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Rural Development if he will instruct the Land Commission to expedite the completion of a vesting order of a particular division of land for persons (details supplied) in County Mayo for lodgement in the Land Registry Office in view of the fact the delay since 1993 is causing severe hardship for those involved. To rectify the title in this case my Department is prepared to formally allot plot seven to the person named for a nominal amount. An inspector from my Department will call to the person in the near future.
