153 Mr. Aylward asked the Minister for Education and Science if he will review his decision to refuse to sanction an extension of school transport to an area, (details supplied) in County Kilkenny in view of the report submitted by Bus Éireann to his Department; and if he will make a statement on the matter. Minister for Education and Science (Dr. Woods):

A report has been requested from Bus Éireann in relation to transport for the pupils referred to by the Deputy.

The Deputy will be advised of the position as soon as this report has been received and assessed.
