91 Mr. Aylward asked the Minister for Health and Children if he will instruct the Midland Health Board to issue a medical card to a person (details supplied) in County Kilkenny together with maximum rate of nursing home subvention in view of the fact that this person is 103 years of age. The provision of health services is a matter for the health board area in which the applicant ordinarily resides. I have asked the chief executive officer of the Midland Health Board to investigate this case and respond to the Deputy directly.
