Ceist:283 Mr. McGrath asked the Minister for Health and Children the number of flu vaccines made available in the Midland Health Board; the uptake on those vaccines; and when additional vaccines will be made available. [25814/00]
Written Answers. - Vaccination Programme.
The Midland Health Board has informed me that it received 24,115 doses of influenza vaccine this flu season. The board has indicated that of this quantity, 23,192 doses have been issued to date. A further national stock of 20,000 doses is on order and a proportion of this will be available to the Midland Health Board if required.
