145 Mr. M. Higgins asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if he has received the report of the review group on the coroner service; when he will bring proposals to Government; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [25756/00]

I presented the report of the working group on the review of the coroner service to the Cabinet yesterday and I expect to make an announcement on the matter in due course.
