264 Mr. Neville asked the Minister for Health and Children if he will outline the circumstances of the tragic death of a person while in the care of the Mid-Western Health Board in the psychiatric unit of Limerick Regional Hospital, County Limerick, on 12 November 2000. [26477/00]

This is a matter for the Mid-Western Health Board and I have therefore referred this matter to the chief executive officer of the Mid-Western Health Board and have requested him to reply directly to the Deputy.
