287 Cecilia Keaveney asked the Minister for the Environment and Local Government if the manager's order has been received in relation to a sewerage scheme (details supplied) in County Donegal; the date it was received; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [26247/00]

The original manager's order in this case needs to be revised to allow my Department to finalise its examination of the council's tender recommendation. The revised order requested from the council is still awaited but I understand that it will be submitted very shortly.
