215 Mr. Killeen asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Rural Development the number of REP scheme applicants in County Clare who have had penalties of 100% or greater imposed to date since the inception of the scheme; if he will provide the number for other counties in this regard; and if he will make a statement on the matter. The number of applicants on a county by county basis who have had penalties of 100% or greater imposed for non-compliance with the terms and conditions of the REP scheme is set out in the following table.
