281 Mr. Neville asked the Minister for Health and Children the number of cases of patient complaint which each health board received in each for the past two years; the number of reports which have been issued on complaints; and the outcome in this regard. [27577/00]
The information requested by the Deputy is not routinely collected by my Department. However, I have asked the chief executive officer of each of the health boards and the regional chief executive of the Eastern Regional Health Authority to collate this information and to respond directly to the Deputy as a matter of urgency.
